Discussing Shoah in Czech Literature at Book World Prague 2009

On Friday, 15 May, 2009, a discussion on “Shoah in Czech Literature” took place at the Prague Exhibition Grounds in Holešovice. Hosted by Petr Brod, the discussion with Radka Denemarková, Irena Dousková, Magdalena Platzová, Ivan Klíma and Ivan Kraus aroused great interest among visitors to the Book World Prague 2009 fair where, among others, a selection of books on the Holocaust published by Czech publishing houses Academia and Sefer was presented. The “Shoah in Czech Literature” discussion was held as an accompanying event to the International Holocaust Era Assets Conference that will take place in Prague and Terezín on 26-30 July, 2009.
