Registration
There are three categories of registration:
Official governmental delegation:
The registration of governmental delegations is processed in cooperation with the embassies of invited countries in Prague or the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of the invited countries. The invited countries decide about the composition of their delegation. Governmental delegations are expected to cover their travel and accommodation costs.
The registration of official governmental delegations will be announced via email to embassies and contact persons on the February 25. Should you not receive this email please contact Boris Kalisky - boris.kalisky (at) forum2000.cz .
Speakers:
If you would like to present a paper/speech at the conference please register as a speaker. Registration is processed through an on line form which you will find below (open from March 15 until April 15). The number of speakers is limited. Speakers are selected on the basis of short abstracts (1 page maximum) which can be attached in the registration form. Speakers who are not members of delegations will have their accommodation covered by the organizers. In case you are not selected as a speaker, we will automatically register you as an observer and inform you so that you don’t have to register again.
Although the deadline for submitting this form is the 15th of April we encourage you to submit this form at your earliest convenience. If not selected as a speaker there might not be enough capacity in the observer group.
Members of delegations wishing to present a paper/speech at a working group please also submit your abstract using the speaker registration form.

Observers:
If you just want to attend the conference, please register over the observer registration form below. Observers are granted access to all panels, plenary sessions and accompanying events of the conference. Observers are expected to cover all travel and accommodation expenses. Please note that the number of observers is limited. Preference is given according to time and date of registration.

AKROS system:
Practicalities such as airport pick up and accommodation for all confirmed participants (speakers, observers and delegations) will be handled in the AKROS system starting on April 1st and will be open until early June.Enrollment in the AKROS system is required for all participants of the conference (including local) for security reasons.
